New Tutorial Introducing the StageVideo API

I just uploaded a new tutorial that introduces the new StageVideo API that is a part of Flash Player 10.2. This API dramatically improves the performance of your video as it is fully GPU-accelerated. This tutorial goes over the API and also how to provide a fallback to regular video.
